Breakfast Berry Bowl

Healthy breakfast berry bowl with oats

Ingredients

  • ¾ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
  • ¾ Cup Mixed Berries (Raspberries, Blueberries, Strawberries)
  • 1 Kiwi, Peeled and Sliced
  • ¼ Cup Raw Spinach, Thinly Sliced Into Strips
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon (Optional)

  1. In a bowl, stir together almond milk, chia seeds, and ground flaxseed.
  2. Let sit 3–5 minutes so the chia seeds absorb the liquid and thicken.
  3. Add the berries, sliced kiwi, and spinach strips.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon if desired and gently mix.

Tip: Slice the spinach very thin (like ribbons). This helps it blend into the bowl and makes the texture much better.
